Eating is Believing.
Although now is the first time ALSHERR has made our products commercially available, we have been testing and improving on them for years. Throughout the past ALSHERR has released test samples of our products for consumption. The customers that have tried our products in the past have found our claims to be true. We whole heartily encourage you to take a few minutes to read the experiences some of our customers have had with our products. Have a look!
LeRoy Musick, Owner of Golden 86 Wheat
In October of 1988 we obtained Bran A- Wheat instant hot cereal and Mult-A Purpose Flour, twenty four (24) two (2) pound packages, that were processed by Albert Albert's revolutionary air resonance system. There were twelve (12) sealed packages of flour and (12) sealed packages of cereal. They have been stored unrefrigerated in a styrofoam box.
The cereal was delicious, quick cooking and stayed fresh smelling with no rancidity.
We baked yeast bread with the flour for the last time in 1997. For nine (9) years it had maintained remarkable quality. It smelled and tasted fresh and had excellent baking quality. In 1996 we gave a sample package to a representative of General Mills for analysis and their attitude changed from skeptical to very interested.
We have available for testing one (1) two pound package of wheat flour that was ten (10) years old in October of 1988.
Sincerely,
LeRoy Musick

To Whom It May Concern:
We have been in the food industry since 1961 and have in the last four years sold and enjoyed Albert's Bran-A-Wheat 100% Whole Wheat Cereal which, in our opinion, is unsurpassed in:
- Quick cooking time (adds Bran-A-Wheat, including any desired ingredients to boiling water, stir, remove from heat and serve).
- Shelf Life: after 4 years of non-refrigerated storage, no rancidity was detected in either smell or taste (all other brand names became rancid after a short period of time even after refrigeration).
- Freshness and Taste: These are the two most outstanding qualities we have found in Albert's products
We are anxious to see it return from its test phase to a full fledged operation, to benefit us and our customers.
Sincerely, Patricia Robertson, President

Albert K. Alberts,
We first received our 2 pound bag of Bran-A-Wheat in March of 1994. The method of milling, the quality and taste was exquisite and we became intrigued...
In November of that year, my wife was suffering from sever case of morning sickness (is there any other kind?) and was struggling to keep her body healthy for herself and the baby when she discovered that Bran-A-Wheat was easy for her to digest and helped her regain some of the physical nutrition she so desperately needed. The cereal disappeared quickly from then on until only a couple of tablespoons remained.
On February 24, 1999, I cooked a small portion of the cereal that was left. My wife and I both agreed it tasted just as good as our first tasted in 1994.
The cereal was neither refrigerated, nor stored in an airtight container for nearly 5 (five) years, yet the taste, smell and texture remained (the same).
In conclusion, we believe the method involved in milling wheat by this procedure has potential in countless areas of food processing.
Sincerely,
Jeff and Tana Pahl

Dear Sirs,
I wish I had an unlimited supply of the wheat cereal produced by the efforts of Mr. Albert K. Alberts. Clearly a superior technology producing a superior product.
In my opinion, the taste and wholesomeness of the cereal is unmatched. The potential benefits of that technology is staggering - a part of the future today.

Ken Golding, Customer
Dear Sirs,
I just had to write to you to let you know how pleased we are with your product, the texture is so uniform. My wife used the wheat flour for her breads and muffins, what a perfect flavor! Also she tried blending white flour with the wheat. Again, great results!
My wife served sandwiches to our guests using the wheat bread, nothing but compliments and requests for the recipe. You have a great product. Keep up the good work. How soon will it be before we have your flour in our area?
Ken Golding
